Refund policy

According to applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

In addition to the legal withdrawal period, Lux Edit offers an extended return period of 30 days from delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all original tags attached. Items must also be returned in the original packaging when possible. For hygiene reasons, certain items that are used, damaged, or without tags cannot be returned.

To request a return, contact us at info@aureashoes.com and include your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will provide further instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described. In such cases, loja 56 will cover the return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. loja 56 may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or proof of shipment is provided.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@aureashoes.com with photos of the product. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty under EU consumer protection law.
